October 2014 – Jim’s Jungle Gourmet Club brings to you the fascinating history of Awadhi cuisine & a mouth-watering menu specially crafted by Yunani medicine practitioner & descendent of Nawab Wajid Ali Shah, the last nawab of Oudh, Dr. Izzat Husain. The organic vegetable garden at Jim’s Jungle Retreat will provide most of the ingredients, while Dr Husain’s old family recipies, some dating back to the early 19th century, will provide the basis for this workshop.
